Collard Greens

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, saute the onions and pork to clarify the onions, then add 2 qts of water, spice, liquid smoke, and soup base.
  2. Bring to a boil, add the greens, and simmer until greens are tender (45 to 60 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  3. Adjust seasoning, plate and serve.
